The Northern Phoenix Dragon Boating Club needed a refreshed race kit that could match the energy and unity of the team while staying true to their established brand.
I redesigned the club’s uniforms and paddles, reworking how their existing phoenix mark could be expressed with more impact. The direction amplifies the icon bringing it forward as a bold, central element that captures movement, strength, and team spirit.
The result is a cohesive kit system that feels powerful on the water and instantly recognizable in competition balancing performance functionality with a strong visual presence.
